Successfully completed a training @BTA for 11 management trainees who joined us this year. Some of the glimpse of training methodology followed:
- Total program duration reduced from 28 weeks to 18 weeks
- Pre read and online modules were assigned and doubt clearance sessions were organized
- More than 80% of training was conducted virtually
- 32 SME were identified from various functions/roles to deliver sessions
- Base store was assigned in their home locations so as to have hands on experience
- Mentor aligned with each management trainee for additional learning support
- Periodic assessments and reviews were conducted to understand learning gaps
